Interpreters-on-Call announces the immediate availability of major enhancements to its “Worldwide Interpreting Platform”.
Interpreters-on-Call is a Software as a Service application that automatically connects clients, from anywhere in the world, to an appropriately qualified and experienced interpreter. It was designed from inception to support all 3 stakeholders in any interpreting transaction - the Interpreters, the Language Agencies and the End-users -, each with their own Portal interface.
Interpreters can use the Platform to create a professional profile and manage who they work for, when they work and for what rates of pay. By registering on the platform and maintaining an up-to-date and accurate profile they can be found by any agency on the system looking for a match with their skills and experience.
Agencies can create highly customised services and connect their customers to those services via any combination of Automated Telephone Menu, Web Portal or Smartphone App. They can also attach to each service only those interpreters that are appropriate for that specific service.
