How It Works 

The person calling your service number simply experiences an interactive voice menu followed by seamless connection to one of your selected interpreters.

The Interpreters-on-Call platform uses interactive voice response (IVR) to prompt the caller for criteria such as language pair and sector specialism.

An automatic search of the database identifies those interpreters that you have pre-approved to work on that particular service; whose profiles match the requested criteria, and who are currently available.

Interpreters-on-Call then automatically connects the call with the most high-ranked interpreter, and whispers your agency name and the language pair to them upon pick-up.
