How It Works
- The person calling your service number, once identified, simply experiences an interactive voice menu prompting the caller for criteria such as language pair and gender.
- Seamlessly the system searches the database identifying those interpreters that you have pre-approved to work on that particular service; whose profiles match the requested criteria and who are currently available.
- Interpreters-on-Call then automatically connects the call with the highest-ranked interpreter, and whispers to the chosen interpreter, your agency name and the language pair required so that they can respond in the correct manner.
